feat: Add repository shell reading syncode-repo JSON 
		Expose /repository/:id with lifecycle, default branch, pack occupancy
and refs from the repository plane HTTP API.
revert: Remove REST client from the repository shell 
		Repository UI must use typed GraphQL like the rest of the front, not a
private JSON API on syncode-repo.
